<p style="margin:0 0 12px 0;"><strong>MIND饮食每+1分，血管好一截：</strong>研究来自Rush大学两个社区队列，713名老人（平均80.9岁）接受3T核磁共振扫描和142项食物频率问卷。结果显示，MIND评分每高1分：脑小动脉硬化标志物（ARTS）显著更低（β=-0.009，p=0.012）、白质高信号体积更少（β=-0.018，p=0.031）、总脑容量更大（β=0.153，p=0.030），校正血管疾病负担、BMI、运动、种族后依然稳健。</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 12px 0;"><strong>基因风险：校正后关联仍在：</strong>样本中26%是APOE4携带者。关键点在于：<strong>校正APOE4后，饮食与血管指标的关联依然显著</strong>；且未发现APOE4与MIND饮食的交互作用——也就是说，MIND饮食对高风险和低风险人群同样&#8221;有效&#8221;。饮食的获益不是基因的&#8221;施舍&#8221;。</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 12px 0;"><strong>风险基因是怎么伤脑的：</strong>小鼠研究给出了细胞层面的机制：APOE4会让神经元内的Nell2蛋白升高，让海马（记忆核心脑区）神经元变小、异常过度活跃，且年轻时的过度活跃能预测年老后的记忆变差。好消息是，用CRISPRi降低成年小鼠的Nell2后，神经元体积和放电状态恢复——<strong>损伤可逆，提示存在干预窗口</strong>（注：这是临床前动物证据）。</p>
<p style="margin:0;"><strong>饮食如何对抗基因：</strong>&#8220;改不了基因、改得了餐盘&#8221;的逻辑是：风险基因作用于神经元层面，而MIND饮食作用于血管和代谢层面——两条通路可以同时存在，互不排斥。降低血压、改善血脂、减少炎症，都是在给大脑&#8221;加固防线&#8221;。</p>
