<p style="margin:0 0 12px 0;"><strong>五国样本，一幅&#8217;口味地图&#8217;：</strong>数据来自法国、荷兰、英国、澳大利亚、美国各自的成人膳食记录，从约1600人到6400多人不等，把每种食物的甜、酸、苦、咸、鲜和脂肪口感标成强度值，再按吃了多少、入口多久汇总成口味暴露。</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 12px 0;"><strong>甜味占约四分之一，款款榜首：</strong>六种口感里，甜味的贡献在五国都最高，约占总口味暴露四分之一；咸味和脂肪口感也挺靠前，三样加一起常占五到六成。</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 12px 0;"><strong>美国最咸最鲜，荷兰最苦：</strong>盐和鲜味暴露在美国最高、贡献也最大，而美国样本里的胖率最高（约40.6%）；苦味反而在荷兰最高，酸味在法国最高——这两国恰恰是五国里偏瘦的。</p>
<p style="margin:0 0 12px 0;"><strong>总暴露量与胖率没有整齐对应：</strong>把&#8221;口味暴露&#8221;总量和各国的胖率放一起对照，找不到一条简单直线。说得更直白些，<strong>胖不胖，不是&#8217;口味重不重&#8217;一个变量说了算</strong>，咸鲜这个方向才更值得盯。</p>
