</div>
<div style="background:#f0faf0;border:1px solid #c8e6c9;border-radius:12px;padding:16px;margin-bottom:16px;">
</div>
<div style="background:#fff;border-top:3px solid #f5d0cb;border-radius:12px;padding:16px;box-shadow:0 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.06);margin-bottom:16px;">
</div>
<div style="background:#fff;border-top:3px solid #d4e8f0;border-radius:12px;padding:16px;box-shadow:0 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.06);margin-bottom:16px;">
</div>
<div style="background:#fff;border-top:3px solid #e8d5b0;border-radius:12px;padding:16px;box-shadow:0 1px 4px rgba(0,0,0,0.06);margin-bottom:16px;">
</div>
<div style="background:linear-gradient(135deg,#a5342a 0%,#8b2a20 100%);border-radius:12px;padding:16px;box-shadow:0 4px 12px rgba(165,52,42,0.2);margin-bottom:16px;">
<span style="color:#ffd9a0;font-size:16px;font-weight:700;">0.84 与 1.24 的对照</span></p>
<p style="color:#fff;margin:8px 0 0 0;">1.24（未调整）→ 0.83（调整社会经济变量）→ 0.84（完全调整）→ 0.97（女性）。 </p>
</div>
<div style="background:#fff;border:1px solid #f0e0d0;border-radius:12px;padding:16px;box-shadow:0 2px 4px rgba(165,52,42,0.3);margin-bottom:16px;">
<p style="margin:0;"><span style="display:inline-flex;align-items:center;justify-content:center;width:20px;height:20px;border-radius:50%;background:linear-gradient(135deg,#a5342a 0%,#c75d52 100%);color:#fff;font-size:12px;font-weight:700;margin-right:6px;">1</span> <strong>共餐是一种饮食干预</strong>，它改变的不是营养表，而是吃的方式和内容。</p>
<p style="margin:8px 0 0 0;"><span style="display:inline-flex;align-items:center;justify-content:center;width:20px;height:20px;border-radius:50%;background:linear-gradient(135deg,#a5342a 0%,#c75d52 100%);color:#fff;font-size:12px;font-weight:700;margin-right:6px;">2</span> <strong>别把共餐当成年轻人的事</strong>——对独居老人来说，缺少同桌的人会让做饭变成负担，菜色随之简化，地中海饮食依从性也会掉到中等偏低水平 [来源：Loneliness, eating behaviors, and adherence to the Mediterranean diet in older adults living alone in Barcelona]。</p>
</div>
<div style="background:#f8f6f2;border:1px solid #e0d8cc;border-left:4px solid #8d6e63;border-radius:0 12px 12px 0;padding:16px;margin-bottom:16px;">
<p style="margin:8px 0 0 0;color:#7d6b5d;">
